Shopify for Supplements
How I built the 3graine brand from packaging to Shopify and Amazon, driving conversion through calm, confident design
From the homepage to the checkout, I mapped the user experience around clarity and flow, collaborating closely with developers to ensure the technical execution of our brand vision. Migraines are stressful. Shopping for supplements shouldn’t be. So we kept the layout light, the copy direct and the CTAs focused.
To form a positive first impression and a seamless experience for customers visiting their own website, every screen was tested for mobile performance because that’s where most of our traffic lives. I built a seamless UX that works just as well on both mobile and desktop, ensuring functionality whether on a smartphone in bed or at work.
When mapping the user experience and branding for our website visitors , we also create a branded checkout experience and branded content pages to enhance the store’s identity.
Here’s what I implemented:
• Custom Shopify theme optimized for mobile-first conversion, complete control over design, functionality and user experience
• Branded content pages: homepage, product pages, FAQs, education and email capture
• Navigation and layout engineered for clarity and low cognitive load, with ability to customize navigation and layout using Shopify’s built-in tools
• Product detail structure focused on benefits, compliance and social proof

Throughout the project, we established a strong foundation for the ecommerce website, focusing on development and managing branding assets and workflows. Our goal was to create a consistent, branded experience that builds trust and credibility.

How we built Amazon A+ content that competes with category leaders and converts with clarity
In the Amazon supplement space, attention is a luxury. Most customers scroll fast and decide fast. That’s why our Amazon content had to communicate trust in under 3 seconds, maintaining a high load speed. I led the design and strategy for 3graine’s A+ content — starting with visual hierarchy. Every image was built to stop the scroll and reinforce 3graine’s brand voice. Clean, structured and benefit-led. I also reworked product photography and infographics to align with both compliance standards and customer psychology.
We carried over the core brand system from Shopify to Amazon to build continuity. That alignment helps build recognition across platforms and builds a halo effect that improves click-through rates and retention.
